It feels good to feel good!

I just dont realize how blessed I am at times.  It takes me being extremely ill, or at least it was extreme to me, to appreciate my health.  I have not been that sick in years and now am feeling much better thanks to rest, medicine, and the touch of the Lord. 
As as was laying in bed feeling terrible, I thought about the woman in the Bible that had been bleeding for 12 years. In those days she wasn't supposed to even be around people. That means no family no friends.  She spent all her money on doctors but they couldn't help her. Until one day when she heard that a man was coming to town. One who could make her well. She thought "that if only I could touch his garments I will be made well".  Please read the entire story in Mark 5:21-34  Jesus called this woman "Daughter" it melts my heart just to imagine her hearing those words from Jesus.
My flu and strep infection was only minor but I felt His presence so near me.  I know that he said to me in my heart - "Daughter rest I am with you"
Yes I missed out on some fun times this past few days but it was rewarded with his presence and I wouldn't trade that for anything.
